TACKLING STRESS WITH ANDREW PAP
Life comes with a load of environmental, psychological, and physiological factors that all contribute to our day-to-day stress.
One of those (which is greatly in our control) is our training. Even though we feel the need to “vent, release or escape our minds” we also need to recognise that our body can’t distinguish between these factors and only sees our “needed release” as more stress.
Experiencing high levels of stress over long periods of time (chronic) will contribute to lower muscle and bone density, low sex drive, reduced energy, mood swings, increase body fat and disrupt sleep.
It’s imperative that we focus on what we can change within our lives that influence our health. Whether that’s to increase or reduce particular habits.
For over a year now I’ve been taking Be Spunki REBOOT which has aided to pursue my active and busy lifestyle. I’m a huge believer in this product, the brand and the people behind it.
